Went for an evenning ride to the beach and back, and it was somewhat less than pleasant thanks to these giant rodents. So I figured I will put a story to it.
"The problems for scout mech on some planets is that the indigenous wildlife is enough to cause serious damage at high speeds. There has been stories from the outer rim where the clanners who use Elemantals often get prayed upon when stray out alone.
